The owner Matt came out and gave us an estimate which was extremely fair. Once we decided to go with Jungle Cat for our new furnace/AC unit I called him and it was installed a couple of days later by a professional 3 man crew. Though we haven't had much use of it yet as it has not been needed, we did test run and looking forward to how quiet it is. I had an EXCELLENT experience with this company to complete a basic heating check and also a follow-up visit clean my ducts to get rid of mice (!) that were dying and creating a disguising odor in my house. (Not even the exterminator I had called first was able to figure out the problem.) They did a good job of explaining the operations of each piece of equipment and how to service it. Service is the key to a good company and Jungle Cat provides that quality.
